Alphabet Inc.’s (GOOGL.O) Google denies destroying the evidence of the company’s search business in the U.S. Justice Department’s antitrust lawsuit. Google denied the claims on the government’s request for sanctions in federal court. The Justice Department alleged that Google failed to preserve internal corporate ‘chat’ communications.
