Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired digital marketing agency Digital Pi, which focuses on marketing automation consulting services in the B2B sector. Headquartered in Dallas, Digital Pi has 50 employees that will join Merkle. Ryan Vong, founder, and CEO of Digital Pi will report directly to Michael McLaren, Global CEO, Merkle B2B Group.
The company will join Merkle, a performance marketing agency, as an extension of its B2B business. Digital Pi specializes in marketing automation and campaign operations. The company’s Adobe Marketo skills will help expand Merkle’s personalized and integrated solutions for Omnichannel engagement, Merkle boosts its data, technology, and audience skills, creating a fundamental cornerstone of B2B agency solutions.
