InsideView, a sales and marketing analytics tool, and DemandMatrix, a provider of technographic data, are two recent acquisitions that will propel Demandbase beyond an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platform and into a next-generation B2B Marketing Cloud.
The acquiring of InsideView and DemandMatrix have been in the operations for a while, according to Gabe Rogol, CEO of Demandbase, and he sees the firm as the first to put all the pieces of the marketing cloud puzzle together.
Demandbase wants to go beyond Account-Based Marketing (or Account-Based Experiences (ABX) by gathering all of the tools required to sustain a company’s end-to-end sales and marketing strategy.
