CXM platform Sprinklr launches Sprinklr Sandbox

Leading Customer Experience Management (CXM) organization Sprinklr announced the launch of Sprinklr Sandbox. This isolated environment enables organizations to try out new functionalities and boost business tasks in Sprinklr without affecting employees, clients, or end-users. The Sandbox is a safe environment to train, evaluate, and troubleshoot without interrupting the business environment. Two Sandbox environments have been launched: Premium and Standard.

The standard version has a testing environment with authentic configurations including approval paths, rules, workflows, etc. which can be used for testing and development on isolated platforms. Premium version is a near-perfect copy of the live environment and includes data like profiles, assets, data, etc. These can be used for staging, or/and training system.
