Cross Screen Media has partnered with LiveRamp to improve its targeting and measurement capabilities while positioning itself for the cookieless future. It will use LiveRamp’s identity resolution and transcoding app, powered by Snowflake. This will enable audience-based activation and measurement across linear and digital channels.

The partnership also allows marketers to control more customer data while complying with updated privacy measures. It will incorporate RampID, LiveRamp’s privacy-centric identifier, into its planning, activation, and measurement offerings.
