Criteos partners with Iponweb for cookie replacement race

Criteo has entered into special negotiations to acquire the Iponweb ad for a $ 380 million deal, according to a news report. The project consists of USD 305 million and USD 75 million of the treasury shares, is expected to close in the first half of 2022 pending the approval of regulators and a review by the French Criteo Labor Council.
