Comprise has acquired VisiTech. It is to expand its expertise in technology for the global media and entertainment, telecom, cable, wireless, satellite, security, and information technology industries. Key people from VisiTech will join the Comprise team to assure a smooth transition for the VisiTech client portfolio.
The acquisition will give VisiTech’s clients access to Comprise’s integrated PR and digital
marketing services suite. VisiTech’s CEO, Lisa Tafolla, will join Comprise as a strategic
business advisor. The transaction will take full effect on May 1, 2024. It is structured as an
asset purchase agreement with undisclosed terms.
