Ciara, the conversation assistant, recently introduced Ciara Content Library to empower sales and marketing reps to improve their sales conversations. It comes with an assembly of proven sales call playbooks to provide the Ciara users with real-time guidance during customer calls. Sales teams can now create their own playbooks based on the templates and insights.
The company also plans to grow the library to assist users with more useful content. Co-founder of Ciara, Martin Heibel, mentioned in a statement, “Sales conversations are complex – we know this and salespeople around the world know this. Applying sales methodologies & remembering minute details during a phone call aren’t easy tasks, and that’s why we built our conversation assistant.”
