Cadmium recently announced that it has acquired a Baltimore, Maryland-based events and registration software company EventRebels that serves conferences and trade show markets.
Cadmium hopes to build a market-leading software platform that offers continuous education, professional developments, and content management solutions with this acquisition.
As a one-stop shop for all event and education technology needs including configurable registration offering, membership authorization and lead retrieval, EventRebels becomes Cadmium’s fifth investment in its Events & Learning Platform.
