Cloud business management solutions organization Sage announced a significant collaboration with Digital Operations Platform Brightpearl. As a part of the collaboration, Sage will be making a minority investment of $23 million approximately into the business and will also take a seat on the board of Brightpearl.
The partnership will enable both organizations to help their clients take advantage of the best cloud finance and retail management solutions to support their digital journey. The collaboration with Brightpearl is in step with the strategy of Sage to invest in relevant high-growth cloud-fueled software applications continuously.
