BrightEdge, a business SEO platform, acquired Oncrawl SEO platform. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Oncrawl will continue to operate as its own company. Both customer bases will soon have access to more technology without the corresponding price increases.
The acquisition will allow BrightEdge to perform complex data science tasks in their website analysis to complete the work they are already doing on the platform.
