Baidu successfully launched Baidu Create 2021, the first day of the annual three-day conference of flagship developers on its metaverse app XiRang. The event was also the first metaverse technology symposium in China.
Named “land of Hope”, XiRang’s platform allows 100,000 online users to participate simultaneously in one place. Speaking at the opening of the conference ̶ hosted under the theme “Creators’ Spirit ” – Baidu CEO, Chairman and Co-founder, Robin Li, said it was time for man-computer symbiosis, and the creators would usher in the golden age of AI over the next 10 years, calling technology a powerful tool that will change the world.
