Amazon has recently introduced a new feature, Brand Voice in Amazon Polly, to leverage AI to create a neutral Text-to-Speech voice. With this, marketers can work with the Polly team of AI researchers to develop a unique NTTS voice to represents the brand’s persona. The new feature lets marketers differentiate their brand by using vocal identity in the products and services.
It uses NTTS technology to create better-quality voices – KFC Canada and National Australia Bank have already implemented Amazon Polly in this system. Jason Cassidy, Marketing Director at KFC Canada, said, “We are excited to be one of the first brands to adopt the Amazon Polly enhanced text-to-speech voice technology to create a seamless and distinctively KFC re-ordering experience for our fans.”
