AT&T has recently announced a multi-year strategic collaboration with Salesforce to deliver enhanced connected experiences for its all customers. The company will deploy Salesforce Customer 360 to build a single view of every customer spanning different touch points – including if it happens over the phone, in person at a storefront, in any business setup, or on AT&T online assets.

This agreement is a subset of AT&T’s broader transformation to speed up momentum in the 5G, wireless, fiber-fed broadband as well as software-delivered entertainment.
