Assembly, the e-commerce technology company, Assembly has announced its latest
acquisition of Refersion, an affiliate and influencer marketing provider based in New York.
This acquisition adds in Assembly’s growing list of e-commerce software companies,
including Helium 10 and Order Metrics.
The company is planning for equipping merchants with different software – in order to focus on creating and selling improved products and services. It believes in delivering solutions that allow an e-commerce merchant to enhance their visibility in every primary channel, like the paid, organic, and influencer traffic.
Following this collaboration, the Refersion team has indicated that they are aiming to
accelerate their product roadmap and introduce innovative solutions for the users.
