Amazon has added the format of video advertising to its self-service Sponsored Display program, making it simpler for marketers to benefit from it.

According to announcements made at its UnBoxed 2022 conference, the company is also expanding a public beta for its Video Builder, which offers brands customizable templates when creating video campaigns. With a focus on providing options for small and mid-sized businesses, the addition of video to Sponsored Display enables advertisers to create video campaigns that run on Amazon as well as other platforms.

The solution enables the production of immersive assets like demonstrations, unboxing videos, and tutorials.
