It enables specialists working on tasks or requests to easily initiate a video call with other team members without having to terminate 4me.

The new feature in 4me was named 4me Connect. All users of the 4me with 4me Premium pricing plan will have access to the 4me Connect. No additional effort or charges are needed for clients to activate the Connect plan.
