A number of companies have been using AI to help parse and analyze copy, but now the algorithms are being used to generate actual copy. According to JPMorgan Chase, some of its automated copy tests have started showing that these algorithms are writing copy that performs better than those written by humans. The technology looks like it’s just limited to a few pilots for now, but the promising results lend well to opportunities to scale more widely in the coming years.
