Adtech firm Inform sues Google for Anti-competitive Practices

Inform, a digital media advertising company is suing Google for its anti-competitive practices. Inform is alleging that Google has used its monopoly power in internet search and mobile operating systems to undermine competition in the ad market.

Between 2014 and 2016, Inform had revenues of over US$100 million for its online advertising services. The company accused Google of putting Inform out of business as a direct result of “its illegal conduct” of anti-competitive practices.
