Adswerve, a digital media and analytics consultancy, announced its acquisition of Metric Partners Consulting, Adobe platform implementation, integration, strategy, execution and managed services firm.

The company claims that the acquisition will significantly improve the company’s global capabilities in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe’s new Customer Journey Analytics, in addition to Google Analytics and GA4. It will also significantly expand the capabilities of Adswerve’s digital analytics, data activation, and personalization services.

Adswerve asserts that it has strengthened its analytics capabilities and Adobe experience as a result of two strategic acquisitions of Analytics Pros and LiquidBox in the previous five years.
