Adobe has recently announced a new suite of five AI services into its Experience Cloud that is powered by Sensei. The intelligent services include Customer AI, Content and Commerce AI, Journey AI, Attribution AI, and Leads AI.

Adobe Launches Adobe Experience Manager to Push Personalized Customer Experience

The services are aimed at helping businesses to use AI in predictive modeling. They can be used on data sets to provide insights on customer fatigue, churn, and the effect of marketing campaigns.

Adobe said they would also help in strengthening other services that are available on the Adobe Experience Platform. The AI and ML technology will enhance the offerings for B2B marketers with improved guidance and insights on their leads.
