Adobe integrates B2B sales in its Customer Data Platform

Adobe announced today that it had introduced B2B Sales in its expanding Customer Data Platform to fill the data consolidation gap in the existing marketplace.

Since B2B sales are complex and extracting the required data is more complicated than acquiring from B2C sales. Adobe hopes the integration will help B2B sales and marketing teams who are already struggling for such B2B sales CDP.

Most sales and marketing teams struggle to adapt CDP for B2B sales because it involves acquiring groups resulting in B2B marketers and sales representatives to customize their campaign message for different people.
