38% of U.S. Consumers Take Actions by Emails

When it’s about digital marketing, social media gets a major attraction. But the ROI for email marketing is still quite high, and it provides a satisfactory result. Campaign Monitor, the email service provider, has released a report recently that claims email marketing as a strategy saw an increase in 2019. As the report, 38% of the US consumers were found driven to action with email. It was based on the real results from a vast data set, about 30 billion emails for the year.

For small scale businesses to track the performance of their email campaigns,   low cost and readily available metrics are still available. Marketing, today, is a data-driven discipline, and marketers actively keep a count to measure how their email marketing is working.
