Leading product content solutions provider 1WorldSync has announced its decision to enter into an agreement to acquire leading content-as-a-service provider CNET Content Solutions (CCS) from Red Ventures. The transaction will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
Randy Mercer, VP of product at 1WorldSync, said, “CNET Content Solutions gives us even greater reach and capability across categories and allows us to provide brands and retailers the most comprehensive content solutions in the marketplace.”
The acquisition will expand and strengthen 1WorldSync’s e-commerce content creation and syndication capabilities across IT, consumer electronics, office supplies, and appliance sectors.
