Worldnet International, a premium cross-border logistics company, leader in the fashion and luxury sector, has acquired Delivery By Express (DBE) Srl, an Italian national and cross-border logistics company based in Milan , which caters to the same sectors and has also been a partner of Worldnet in Italy for several decades.
The founder and CEO of DBE, Andres Pirri , will now join Worldnet International Italia Srl, which will carry on the previous success of DBE. The company will continue to do business as usual with all customers, employees and service partners.
