Tinuiti, independent performance, and data-driven digital marketing agency, announced that Amar Braithwaite has been named Senior Vice President, Social Media. In this role, Braithwaite will work with the agency’s growing creative division and data insights team to deliver strategic paid social solutions that advance lead generation, app downloads, sales, and customer loyalty.
The newly created role represents a key leadership function at the agency, as Tinuiti accelerates brand performance across the Triopoly of Google, Facebook, and Amazon. Braithwaite will elevate the social practice on Facebook and beyond, including emerging channels like Tik Tok, Snapchat and more.

Braithwaite’s addition to the leadership team follows a year of major growth for Tinuiti, including a rebranding announcement and a series of key executive hires to lead the client services, creative, and email and CRM teams. The new hire reinforces the agency’s commitment to investing in innovative subject matter experts with proven leadership skills. By adding Braithwaite to the team, Tinuiti is doubling down on advancing performance-born and scalable solutions that help clients generate increased social energy and achieve sustainable growth.

With more than 15 years of experience in brand-building, Braithwaite’s inspiration stems from his fascination with the ever-changing worlds of tech and new media. Prior to joining Tinuiti, Braithwaite served as Vice President of Digital & Social Media Strategy US for Publicis Groupe. Braithwaite spent several years at the agency, where he quickly rose through the ranks as VP/Director, Social Content & Engagement Strategy and later as Senior Vice President, Digital & Social. Braithwaite also has the client-side experience, working as Director of Marketing for Nutrabolt, and helped to launch FitJoy nutritional bars. His transformative thinking has affected notable brands including Nike, Unilever, Red Bull, Anheuser-Busch, P&G, Coca-Cola, Verizon, HBO, The J.M. Smucker Co., USAA, and MTN DEW x NBA.

The role is effective immediately, and Braithwaite will report to Tinuiti Chief Client Officer, Craig Atkinson.
