The entire management team of the Mars Agency remains intact in the national and international offices. Both Ken Barnett and Rob Rivenburgh , along with members of the executive team, will continue to be shareholders in the partnership. Ken Barnett will remain Executive Chairman and Rob Rivenburgh will be promoted to Global CEO. In addition, Darren Keen will remain as CEO, International Markets, responsible for the agency’s further operational expansion outside of North America.
