Smart Trade Appoints Colin Murphy as Chief Revenue Office

Colin Murphy has joined Smart Trade Technologies as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Based in London, UK, Murphy manages SmartTrade’s global sales team and drives business growth across all customer segments. It oversees the strategy and execution of our revenue-generating activities. Murphy reports to David Vincent, CEO of Smart Trade.

As smart trading moves to the next stage of growth, this newly created position will further strengthen management. This appointment follows the strong performance of the business over the last 12 months and is the result of strong customer demand due to the proven resilience of our technology.

Murphy brings over 20 years of experience in the capital markets. Most recently, he was Global Head of Sales and Optimization at CME Group. Prior to the company’s acquisition of the NEX Group, he was Chief Commercial Officer of the NEX Group. Prior to that, he worked for Goldman Sachs International for over 19 years and held various senior management positions.
