The Sitel Group® world leader in products and solutions to improve the customer experience announced today that it will hire 11,000 people in 2021 to meet the needs of rapidly growing customers in Colombia . In addition, the multinational enters the Barranquilla market with the opening of a new office model called MAXhub.
Designed as a collaborative workspace, MAXhub will be dedicated to the collaboration, training and development of employees under a novel concept specially designed to promote the commitment of its associates. Each employee will have access to new common areas, equipped training areas, computers and relaxation spaces where they can share with other members of the company.
After successfully transitioning more than 85% of its operations under the virtual Sitel at Home ™ model during the COVID-19 crisis and with around 5,000 associates currently working from home, Sitel® Colombia is preparing to hire to more people in the region taking advantage of this new work model of MAXhub.

The MAXhub, in Barranquilla, is scheduled to launch at the end of the first quarter of 2021; will offer an innovative space where associates can work, learn, grow and connect. The area will have 1,500 square feet of co-working space, gym, cafeteria, library and training rooms dedicated to Sitel Colombia’s English improvement program, MAX English.
