The new hires are seasoned technology veterans with extensive leadership success, bringing a wealth of expertise to aid Scuba’s growth

Scuba Analytics, the continuous intelligence platform created by the team that built Meta’s analytics solution, has today announced two strategic hires: Pete Caputo as Chief Customer Officer and Meno Schnapauff as Customer Solution Architect.

The new appointments are part of Scuba’s ongoing plans to scale and grow customer operations to meet demand, including its expansion into the EMEA region.

As Chief Customer Officer, Caputo brings a wealth of experience from executive level management roles within Telecom, Media and Entertainment industries. He will drive the global customer solutions strategy for Scuba’s core verticals and existing partner ecosystems on a global scale.

In addition to steering global customer engagement and retention, Caputo will be instrumental in managing Scuba’s product roadmap and customer advocacy. He will lead and align pre-sales and services enablement with other departments, including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations.

On his decision to join Scuba Analytics, Caputo says: “Now more than ever, businesses need a rock-solid data analytics platform they can rely on. Scuba’s ability to quickly scale and provide no-code data exploration paired with singular security and compliance capabilities, empowers some of the world’s largest businesses to provide first-class service and customer experiences. It’s an exciting and fast-growing space to be in, and with so many options on the market, Scuba’s real-time continuous intelligence platform stands out from the rest. I’m thrilled to join the team and contribute to making Scuba the great product that it is.”

Meno Schnapauff also joins Scuba’s team as Customer Solution Architect, bringing experience as a solution consultant and architect within the IT industry, having built over 150 data analytics platforms in Europe and the Middle East. Schnapauff’s vast knowledge of the EMEA region makes him an excellent addition to Scuba at a time of exponential growth for the company. He will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation throughout the sales process in EMEA, in addition to engaging with prospects and customers to understand their requirements, propose technical solutions, and eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches.

Schnapauff says of his appointment: “Scuba’s approach is unique; with a rich ingest pipeline processor preparing data to provide real-time, business relevant insights, optimised by a no-code user interface. I’m looking forward to building Scuba’s EMEA business with an ambitious clientele in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by designing customer solutions on a strong product, alongside a professional and motivated team.”

Overseeing the two new appointments, Tony Ayaz, CEO, Scuba Analytics commented: “We’re thrilled with our new team members. Caputo’s strong track record of success in enabling scale and growth in VC backed startups, Private Equity, and Fortune 500 companies makes him the perfect fit for Chief Customer Officer. Schnapauff has an innate ability to identify current and future customer requirements, serving as a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and partners. His appointment is the first step in expanding our remit into EMEA, where customers can use our platform to ensure their business surpasses expectations when it comes to local laws and regional data privacy regulations, such as GDPR.”
