Sappington, a leading technology marketing firm with headquarters in Seattle, WA, has promoted Elinor Schott to be Project Operations Director. Schott will be responsible for ensuring the excellent execution of client projects and a quality-focused production system.

Schott joined the firm in 2015 as a Project Manager and most recently was Account Director. During the past seven years, she has provided white-glove service to clients and nurtured their continuing relationships with the firm. She reports to Sappington Principal Erika Schmidt.

“Elinor is an invaluable member of our team,” said Schmidt, “and has been instrumental in the development of the delivery excellence for which we’re known. She has a talent for designing and coordinating sophisticated operations required for complex client engagements. Elinor is the right person to lead our project operations and will improve our ability to deliver more value to our clients.”

In addition to overseeing the firm’s production system, Schott will also drive a culture of continuous improvement by leading the firm’s quality assurance program while also managing a portfolio of select client projects.

Schott studied Project Management and Marketing at the City University of Seattle. She has held senior project manager roles in operations for leading Pacific Northwest and US companies across industries including healthcare, nonprofit, and real estate. She lives in Tacoma, WA with her husband.
