BIGContacts adds small business CRM & email marketing solution to ProProfs customer software suite.

ProProfs, a leading provider of SaaS products, announced today that it has acquired BIGContacts (https://www.BIGContacts.com), a leading CRM software.

BIGContacts software delivers all the power of the major CRM brands without the complexity and cost. Its simple design makes it easy for small businesses to manage prospect and customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. The software has integrated email marketing, allowing users to send intelligent marketing campaigns, move contacts through the sales funnel, and close more sales.

The BIGContacts software solution gives small businesses the same power as their larger competitors at a fraction of the cost. ProProfs plans to fully integrate BIGContacts with its existing customer software, beginning with integration with ProProfs Help Desk. ProProfs acquisitions include Qualaroo (2020), Project Bubble (2016), HelpIQ (2015), and Live2Support (2015). BIGContacts fits nicely into the ProProfs suite of customer software tools, which include ProProfs Help Desk, ProProfs Chat, and ProProfs Survey Maker.
