Meridian Integration Spins Off Data Division

Meridian Integration co-founders Jason Deaton and Zendrick Cunningham are excited to announce the spin-off of Meridian’s Data division.  The spin-off of the division, focused on data consulting,  their Enterprise Data Management (EMDS) and Testing (META) solutions is effective immediately.  The new entity, Mycelium Software,  led by Zendrick Cunningham, is in place and actively engaged in existing and new consulting, EDMS and META engagements.

Jason Deaton stated, “We are excited for everything this spin-off affords both Meridian Integration and Mycelium.  The timing makes great sense due to both the maturity and projected demand of our collective solutions.” Deaton further explained “The spin-off will enable each company to increase focus and align investments to meet its distinctive business needs, while optimizing its cost structure to deliver profitable growth.  Meridian will continue to provide its best of breed Customer Digital Engagement solution (IDEA) along with its long standing and rapidly expanding Professional and Managed Services offering.”
