iHerb is proud to announce the opening of its sixth fulfillment center. The Hong Kong office will be the company’s second overseas office, serving China , Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The fulfillment center will stock up to 6,000 of iHerb’s best-selling products and improve the delivery speed for customers’ favorite items by the next day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM Hong Kong time.
The fulfillment center in Hong Kong is being built in partnership with DB Schenker, which is responsible for the entire spectrum of warehouse management services. Equipped with a state-of-the-art AGV robot solution, which will increase the efficiency of the picking processes, the fulfillment center will process up to 20,000 orders per day.

All iHerbs fulfillment centers meet the highest standards for cleanliness and are GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) registered. In addition, they are stored in a cool, climate-controlled environment of 74-75 degrees Fahrenheit (23-24 degrees Celsius) and have large walk-in cooling units for items that e.g. B. Acidophilus and require controlled temperatures.
