The merger enables the two companies – with over 40 locations and 5,500 employees worldwide, and millions of dollars invested in digital transformation, data and analytics – to provide comprehensive commercialization services to pharmaceutical companies around the world.

The Intouch agency network with its nine subsidiaries (Intouch Solutions, Intouch Proto, Intouch Seven, Intouch International, Intouch Media, Intouch B2D, Intouch Analytics, Intouch Market Access and Intouch Oxygen) is supported by EVERSANA’s commercial service platform, which covers the entire product life cycle , further strengthened. Effective immediately, the agency will work closely with the EVERSANA agency, EVERSANA ENGAGE.

EVERSANA expects the acquisition of Intouch to be completed by the end of the year. Financial details will not be disclosed. Houlihan Lokey was the exclusive financial advisor to the Intouch Group.
