ECA International Group Unveils New Unified Global Mobility Platform

The ECA International Group unveiled its new unified global mobility platform to clients and industry leaders at the business’ Mobility Hub 2024, which took place at London’s Savoy Place on 12 March.

Comprised of ECA International (ECA), Tracker Software Technologies (TST) and Global Expat Pay (GEP), the ECA International Group connected 100+ global mobility (GM) professionals from across the UK and Europe at its leading client event, including senior leaders from Siemens, Heineken, Ford, Philips and Daimler Trucks who provided invaluable strategic insight and practical suggestions to help shape the final version of the platform.

Reflecting ECA’s 50-year heritage as a club for international companies to exchange expatriate data, the new platform solidifies the Group’s repositioning as a single software platform, powered by its proprietary data, to join up GM teams, business users, relocation companies, global payroll providers, advisors, assignees, travellers and remote workers via a truly unified global mobility ecosystem.

Against the backdrop of an increasingly complicated global mobility landscape and a greater focus on tax and immigration compliance, the cloud-based SaaS platform will act as a single source of truth for organisations navigating the complexities of global assignments, business travel, remote work, permanent relocations and global payroll, enabling a better unified view with which to manage mobile workforces around the world.

Seamlessly integrating all elements of managing a mobile workforce into one intuitive end-to-end view, the easy-to-use solution aims to empower multinational corporations to deploy and manage their global workforce effectively, effortlessly and compliantly.

Users benefit from market-leading tools and tax engines, real-time metrics including budget vs actuals comparisons and personalised actionable insights that simplify data-driven business decisions.

The software is hosted on AWS and protected by SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, ensuring full protection of employee mobility data, global compliance and offering customers complete peace of mind.

Andrew Shaw, Group Chief Executive at ECA International comments, “The global mobility landscape is fast paced, and it requires a responsive and flexible solution to keep up with that speed of movement. Unveiling this new intuitive and insightful platform at the Mobility Hub is a major step forward for the ECA International Group, as we forge forward as a unified front in our aim to support companies the world over with their global mobility management and compliance needs, now and into the future.”

ECA is working closely with clients within a phased migration programme, directly incorporating feedback into the platform to help shape its features, and ensure it addresses specific global mobility pain points now and into the future.
