As the company spends more on digital OOH, it’s leveraging various display ad types to maintain a continuous brand presence, including large-format OOH and place-based advertising focused on locations such as airports, train stations, bus shelters, colleges and universities, and gas stations. DoorDash aims to target people laid off or freelancing in the uncertain economic environment with this campaign. The brand spent over $180 million on advertising efforts in 2022.
