CloudApp, which enables instant business communication through the creation of videos, gifs, and screenshots, announced today that Dave Grow has joined its Board of Directors. He currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Lucid Software, whose continuant executive team has scaled Lucid to a billion-dollar valuation. Prior to joining Lucid Software, Grow worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company.
