The partners agreed to:
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Experience Cloud (including the Adobe Experience platform), as well as C3.ai’s industry-specific data models, AI-powered connectors and models, into a ready-to-market offering, specially developed to offer an integrated suite of industry-specific AI-based CRM solutions, including marketing, sales and customer service capabilities
- Selling the offer of industry-specific AI-based CRM solutions to a target of corporate clients operating in various fields around the world through dedicated sales teams, agents and business partners
- Extend the proposal to the vertical markets of each sector including financial services, hydrocarbon sector, utilities, manufacturing, telecommunications, government, healthcare, defense, intelligence, automotive and aerospace industries
- To market the co-branded offering on a global scale, with the commitment of the respective companies to ensure positive results for customers
