Billups , the largest privately held out-of-home (OOH) technology and managed services company, today announced key new hires to strengthen its expansion in Europe. The company is experiencing unprecedented growth both in the US and also in EMEA, with two new ad tech acquisitions earlier this year, new client acquisitions and patent approvals in the location intelligence space .

  • Thorsten Normann ,Account Manager EMEA — With the launch of Billups in Frankfurt , Thorsten manages new business, planning and placement opportunities in Germany and Eastern Europe.
