Billups, the largest privately held technology and managed services company in the United States’ Overseas (OOH) sector, has acquired the assets of Outchart, a provider of turnkey software to the market. outside digital. The acquisition follows Billups’ recent purchases of Ads on Top in 2022 and MacDonald Media in 2020. The company’s growing presence now covers 19 US and five European markets with more than 120 employees.

Together, Billups and Outchart will work to deliver innovative, data-driven, one-stop-shop technology solutions for overseas advertisers, agencies and media owners. At the time of acquisition, Outchart offered OOH digital media owners a cloud-based software solution, built by a group of OOH and technology experts. The software provider operated in the United States and the United Arab Emirates, helping owners automate campaign and display management workflow to leverage programmatic revenue.
